"Crash Into Me" Dave Matthews Band Takes Over

It's that time again. Time to throw on your Birkenstocks and flannel and head straight towards the Sound Advice Ampitheatre. "But aren't Birkenstocks last season," you might ask? That may be true but when it comes to seeing the Dave Matthews Band anything goes. Tonight, September 15 you can catch your favorite singer/songwriter in action by attending his last gig in south Florida this year. His concerts are usually jam packed full of college-aged kids and many of his faithful followers who now have kids of their own. There's no going wrong when seeing Dave. He guarantees that each and every audience member will be standing on their feet by the end of the night, if not already up at the start of the first song. This is the type of Jam Rock that will tantalize anyone's tastebuds.

Want to know more about Dave and the band? You can!

Dave formed the band in Charlottesville, Virginia after being convinced to send in some of his demos. After forming their signature sound the Dave Matthews Band, or DMB, made their first public appearance at the Earth Day Festival in 1991. They took off from there, experiencing their first mainstream success after the release of their albums "Under the Table and Dreaming" and "Crash." Through the years DMB has continued to make impressionable albums as well as receive numerous awards for their work. Besides work on their music they have also participated in Human activism by giving a $1.5 million challenge grant to help build the New Orleans Habitat Musicians' Village after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.

Catch this amazing group along with The Wailers September 15th at the Sound Advice Ampitheatre. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.
