Robert James Ritchie, better known as Kid Rock, started his career in Michigan at the age of 11. At the height of such groups like the Beastie Boys Kid Rock and friends were inspired to start their own group known as 'The Furious Funkers.' According to Wikipedia, his new album 'Rock N Roll Jesus' is expected to his shelves Oct. 9 but only time will tell if this rapper turned rocker turned country star will see success.
